How claims work
The drone report

40 photos. Three verdicts. Zero guesswork.

Every inspection produces the same document: every plane photographed, every finding tagged OK, WATCH, or REPLACE, and a one-page summary in plain English. Flown in the morning, in your inbox by dinner.

Storm claims

Hail hit. Here is exactly what happens next.

Insurance work goes wrong when the file is thin. Ours never is: date-stamped drone photos, a measured damage map, and a contractor who shows up when the adjuster does.

STEP 01

Fly within the week

We document the damage while it is fresh: every plane, every impact cluster, date-stamped and mapped against the storm report for your zip code.

STEP 02

Build the file

You get the exact photo package an adjuster needs: numbered impacts per plane, measurements, and our written scope. Most homeowners file the same day.

STEP 03

Meet the adjuster

We attend the inspection, walk the same planes, and point to the same numbered photos. Two sets of eyes agreeing beats one set guessing.

STEP 04

Approved? You pay the deductible

Insurance covers the approved scope. You cover your deductible, as every policy requires. Materials get ordered the day the check clears.

We document. We never inflate scope, and we never "eat" deductibles. Contractors who do lose their license and your claim.

Straight numbers

What a roof actually costs here.

Ranges below cover 9 of 10 homes we replace. Your exact number comes from the drone flight and locks in writing before tear-off.

Why Gable

The boring reasons roofs go right.

01

Same eight-man crew, start to finish

Employees on payroll since day one. No labor brokers, no rotating subs, no stranger on your roof who was framing houses last week.

02

The site outlives the job

Tarps over landscaping, plywood on the AC unit, magnet roller through the lawn twice a day. Dumpster picked up within 24 hours of the final nail.

03

The foreman's cell, not a call center

One name and one number from deposit to final walk-through. Miguel has run our lead crew for 11 years and answers between 7am and 8pm.

"They found hail bruising our adjuster's first pass missed on the east plane. Claim approved in nine days, and the drone photos did the arguing."

Questions

Asked at every kitchen table.

Is the drone inspection really free? +
Yes. The flight, the 40 photos, and the written report cost you nothing and the file is yours to keep. About a third of inspections end with us recommending no work at all. We bid on the roofs that need us; the report is how you find out if yours does.
How long does a replacement take? +
Most homes: tear-off and dry-in on day one, shingles and cleanup on day two. Large or complex roofs run three days. You get the schedule in writing with the quote, weather permitting.
What if it rains mid-job? +
Your deck is never left open. We tear off only what we can dry-in the same day with ice-and-water barrier, and tarp anything exposed before the crew leaves. Work resumes the next dry morning.
Do you use subcontractors? +
No. Every installer is a W-2 employee, background-checked, and covered by our workers' comp. The crew that starts your roof finishes it.
Which shingle brands do you install? +
Two architectural lines we have installed for over a decade, both carrying 30-year manufacturer warranties, in 14 colors. We install what we can service in 2040, not whatever is on sale this quarter.
How does the 25-year workmanship warranty work? +
The manufacturer covers the shingle. We cover the installation: flashing, valleys, penetrations, ridge, every nail. If our work leaks in 25 years, we fix it free, and the warranty transfers once to the next owner of your home.
Do you pull the permit? +
Always. Filed with the city, posted before tear-off, and the final inspection scheduled for you. A roof without a permit becomes your problem at resale; we do not create those problems.
