01 / The leak Where ad money goes to die

97 of 100 visitors leave without buying.

Industry median for paid D2C traffic. Your ads did their job. The page fumbled the handoff.

You spend $15k a month on Meta. Your CPCs are fine, your product gets 4.8 stars, and your ROAS still refuses to move. So you test new creative. New hooks. New audiences.

Meanwhile every click lands on a page that loads a hero carousel, buries the offer under a brand story, and asks people to scroll four screens before showing a price.

A 1% to 1.4% CVR move cuts your effective CPA by 29%. Same ad spend. Same traffic. Different page.

  • a. Vague hero that could belong to any brand in the niche Bounce +22%
  • b. Benefits written from the founder's head, not customer reviews Scroll depth -31%
  • c. Price and guarantee hidden below the fold Add-to-cart -18%
  • d. No objection handling before the CTA Checkout -12%
02 / The method Why this works when redesigns fail

We design from your customers' own words.

Most redesigns start in a Figma file. Ours start in your review section, your post-purchase surveys, and your support inbox.

Mine

500+ reviews, surveys and support tickets distilled into the exact phrases customers use to describe the problem.

Wireframe

A direct-response skeleton: hook, proof, mechanism, offer, objections. Copy direction included, section by section.

Design

Desktop and mobile designed in Figma with your brand system. Every section earns its scroll or gets cut.

Build

Shipped in Framer: fast, responsive, editable by your team. Analytics events wired so the test reads clean.

  • Template shops $500 and 48 hours gets you a page built for nobody in particular. Converts like it, too.
  • Retainer agencies $8k a month, three-month minimum, and your landing page is week seven on the roadmap.
  • A WDLP sprint One page, one flat price, live in 14 days, measured against your control in a fair 30-day test.

Drowse · sleep drink · 30-day test

Loam · skincare · quiz funnel LP

Field & Co · greens · bundle page

Every figure above comes from a split test against the client's existing page, measured over 30 days at their normal traffic mix. We report the boring number, not the best week.

04 / The sprint Brief to live in 14 days
  1. Research & wireframe

Kickoff call, then we disappear into your reviews, surveys and analytics. You get a wireframe with copy direction and one Loom walking through every decision.

    Days 1-3
  2. Design in Figma

Desktop and mobile, real copy, your brand system. Two structured revision rounds with 48-hour turnarounds, then sign-off.

    Days 4-9
  3. Build in Framer & launch

Pixel-accurate build, sub-second loads, analytics events wired. We set up the A/B test, brief your team, and stay on call for 30 days.

    Days 10-14
05 / Client words Verbatim, with numbers
The wireframe Loom alone was worth the fee. They quoted our own customers back at us and the page finally sounded like them. CVR went 2.1% to 3.0% in the first test.
Maya Chen
Founder, Drowse
We'd burned $30k on two agency retainers before this. WDLP shipped in 13 days and the page beat our control by 51%. I checked the dashboard three times.
Priya Nair
CMO, Loam Skincare
Handoff was the surprise. Everything sits in Framer, my team edits copy without touching a developer, and load time dropped from 4.2s to 0.9s.

06 / The offer One sprint, flat price

The Conversion Sprint

A CRO agency quotes $12,000 to $20,000 and eight weeks for this scope. A good freelancer takes six weeks and skips the research. The sprint exists to delete both problems.

  • ✓ Review mining and customer survey analysis, 500+ data points
  • ✓ Direct-response wireframe with section-by-section copy direction
  • ✓ Full Figma design, desktop and mobile, in your brand system
  • ✓ Framer build with analytics events and A/B test setup
  • ✓ Two revision rounds, 48-hour turnaround each
  • ✓ 30 days of post-launch support and one optimization pass
Flat, all-in
$6,500

50% to book, 50% at launch. No retainer, no scope creep, no hourly meter.

The guarantee: if the new page loses to your control in a fair 30-day test, we redesign until it wins. Still losing after round two? Full refund, keep the files.

07 / Questions Asked before booking
Why Framer and not Shopify or Webflow? +

Speed, mostly. Framer pages load in under a second, publish instantly, and your team edits copy without a developer. Your store stays on Shopify; the landing page runs on a subdomain and passes buyers into your existing checkout.

Do you write the copy? +

We write the conversion copy: headlines, section leads, CTAs, objection handling. It comes from your review mining, so it reads like your customers talk. Long-form brand voice pieces stay with your team or copywriter.

How do you measure the lift? +

A straight A/B split against your current page for 30 days at your normal traffic mix, tracked in your analytics, not ours. We agree on the primary metric before the sprint starts, in writing.

What do you need from me? +

Roughly three hours total: a 60-minute kickoff, access to reviews and analytics, and two feedback rounds. Founders who give feedback inside 24 hours keep the 14-day timeline; slower feedback stretches it.

What if I only need the design, no build? +

Design-only sprints run $4,500 and end at the signed-off Figma file with a build spec your developer can follow. Most clients add the build later once they price out dev time.

Why only two sprints a month? +

The research phase is the value, and it does not compress. Two sprints is the ceiling where every page still gets 500+ review data points read by a human. When a month is full, you book the next one.

Two sprints a month. One may as well be yours.

Send your current page and your target CPA. You'll get an honest read on the expected lift before any money moves.

Book a sprint → Replies within one business day. No discovery-call maze.
