PDR is a multidisciplinary design studio for ambitious businesses. Six practices, run as one system: brand, web, product, packaging, campaigns, and publications. To date, 214 projects across 31 industries for clients in India, UAE, UK, and USA.

Six practices · One team
Growing businesses usually buy design in fragments: a logo from one vendor, a website from another, decks from whoever has capacity that month. For one thing, every new vendor restarts the learning curve at zero. For another, nothing ships on the same grid, voice, or standard. As a result, the brand reads smaller than the business behind it. The six practices below run as one system, so the work compounds.
01
Positioning, naming, identity systems, and the guidelines that keep them exact across every hand that touches them.
02
Marketing sites and conversion pages, designed and built against measured outcomes rather than taste alone.
03
Product interfaces and design systems specified to survive the roadmap, from audit to component library.
04
Structural and surface design for shelf, unboxing, and everything the customer holds in their hands.
05
Campaign platforms and ad systems with one message engineered into many formats, sized for every channel.
06
Decks, annual reports, and publications built to be read, believed, and approved by the rooms that matter.

Four steps · Day 01 to launch
Every engagement runs the same four-step sequence. There are three reasons for this: timelines stay honest, costs stay predictable, and quality stays inspectable at every checkpoint.
03.1
Days 01-02
Stakeholder interviews, asset audit, analytics baseline. We write the brief with you and lock one named decision-maker. That owner is the precondition behind the 10-day figure: committees add weeks, a single owner holds the schedule.
03.2
Day 10
Positioning statement, visual route, and one key application, presented live as a decision document. You approve, revise, or stop. Stopping here costs a fraction of stopping at launch.
03.3
Weeks 03-08
Design and development in weekly increments, each increment reviewable on a link. Nothing waits for a grand reveal, so week eight holds no surprises.
03.4
Ongoing
Rollout, documentation, templates, measurement. The average partnership runs 2.6 years. Why? Because a working system keeps finding new surface area: campaigns, decks, product, packaging.
Current as of Q1 2026
We measure the studio the way we measure the work. The four figures below are the ones clients ask about first.
214

31

2.6
Avg partnership, years

04.5 · A note for founders and CMOs
The gap between the quality of your work and the quality of your image gets priced into every deal: longer sales cycles, lower close rates, and discount requests that are really trust requests.
If a past rebrand did not move those numbers, it was almost certainly briefed as decoration. This happens to most teams. The only difference between decoration and instrument is the brief, and the brief is where we start.
